Science
Science is the method used by curious people who seek a better understanding of our universe. Since the method is always fluid, any “understandings” (facts) reported are immediately subjected to close scrutiny by others. If the “facts” withstand heavy scrutiny for a long time, the facts are considered to be “settled.” When other “facts” are later found that prove the original “facts” are incorrect, the older ones are either modified or discarded.
In other words, in science, “settled facts” are only settled until they aren’t.
“The perfect book for the person who wishes to understand the science behind evolution and the issues of today, but doesn’t want to have to read with a scientific dictionary by his side.”—Robert Pruett
